Today, I reached out for assistance with updating prices for Subscribers. We had already done a bulk update, but it was ineffective. Daniel took the time to first begin updates for me and then to walk me through how to do updates, and even verified that it was done correctly. At the end, he made sure I felt confident to continue this process myself. Daniel was super helpful and patient. I truly appreciated all the help, and am happy that all our prices are the same across the board now.

Bhumi was extremely helpful for me in making some adjustments to my subscription group! They were able to help me with making changes to the code and the subscription groups. I thought it would take forever but they were able to help me out quickly and show me videos that showed exactly how to make the changes instead of trying to describe it. Very helpful! I have been using bold for seven years now. Their customer service is number one and they are one of the most ethical companies I have ever worked with. I made an error in keeping two versions of the app going and being charged twice.Even though this was my fault (they had notified me to uninstall the old version, but I did not follow the directions), they refunded my money. Oh, and did I mention that the subscription app works flawlessly? I highly recommend.
