I wouldn't normally post a review before we were fully up and running with a new app or service. But I am already highly confident in the app itself, and the customer service (Cara specifically) has been absolutely Top Tier. Can't wait to finish getting our data imported so we can officially launch with BON Loyalty!

Truly great support, they have helped me from start to finish, importing points and customers from my old system, integrating with the store, and when i had some issues from shopify they helped me track down the issue and fix it. I use POS and web for this program and they have made it work wonderfully for my staff and my customers.
