I wouldn't give 5 stars to the app, It is a little bit complicated yet I am here to give 5 stars to the supports they are really a great help in setting things up and customization things in this app. Really appreciated Hazel and Mandy for help us setting things up and customizations.

I had the privilege of working with a chat customer service rep Cara. She was very patient and helpful. She also reviewed the app on my website and pointed out some features that I may have left incomplete, which would prevent me from utilizing all the app's features. She also noted other features and upcoming features. She was amazing! and a great representative of the company.

She not only took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish, but also went a step further by escalating my request to their development team. Cara was incredibly helpful via chat! She answered all of my questions, solved a problem I could not figure out. She even sent a video to explain how to manage the app on our POS.
