Hazel is great, very super fast responding and really helpful. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding. Pricing is great and Hazel even offered a discount to us for being a local company that is trying to help our local people. I would definitely recommend to go for this app.

Great app, great customer service. We have been using BON since 2022 and never had an issue. Only in since start of 2025 we have over 1600 rewards redeemed.

BON Loyalty is super easy to use and does exactly what it promises. It’s been a smooth experience from the start, and the features are just what I needed. We've just installed the app and needed some technical help with our DNS records to get it working. As this is not our expertise, it was great to deal with their customer service reps who were very helpful in guiding us along. Most recently Hazel and Rani gave a lot of their time to get us ready to launch. Very friendly. I know that if we have any other issues as we get used to the app, we can reach out and have a quick response.

Great modular functions, easy to use, I'd only make the wording of certain functions clearer to understand, but you get the hang of it quite fast. The support team (Maandy and Sienna in my case) is exceptional, they respond near-immediately and work with you on whatever obstacle you have
