After an extensive search and comparing a ton of apps, I decided on BON for my loyalty program. For me it was important to be able to have an easy start with a lot o features and to have the ability to translate the app. BON is everything mentioned and more. I especially love the fast and knowledgeable support team (Mia, Hazel, Courtney, Cara). Docs are pretty good, but the team is always ready to jump in and help, which is amazing.

I think the support is really good. I haven't used the app yet (just subscribed) but setting up is very user friendly. I needed some help with multi language and Hazel helped me very well :)

We have had very good and fast service and the staff has been so helpful if my team has had any questions. They answer me in seconds and I we can't find an answer right away, they always get back to us later and finish it off well!

We chat to different support agents from BON (namely Mia, Cara, Sienna, Jean, and Maxxie) and they all delivered prompt and quality support every time! That's pure teamwork!
