I've had the BON team working with me for months, getting all the fine details right before launching on our site. Jean, Sienna, Hazel, Mia and Rani are all so nice! I'm so grateful for their patience with me. The support has been phenomenal. The app itself seems to be good so far.

BON Loyalty is super easy to use and does exactly what it promises. It’s been a smooth experience from the start, and the features are just what I needed. The support team is fantastic — always quick and friendly — and Justin especially went out of his way to make sure everything was set up perfectly. Couldn’t be happier!

BON Loyalty has been fantastic to work with! The app is easy to set up and customize, and the support team is outstanding. We've just installed the app and needed some technical help with our DNS records to get it working. As this is not our expertise, it was great to deal with their customer service reps who were very helpful in guiding us along. Most recently Hazel and Rani gave a lot of their time to get us ready to launch. Very friendly. I know that if we have any other issues as we get used to the app, we can reach out and have a quick response.

Great modular functions, easy to use, I'd only make the wording of certain functions clearer to understand, but you get the hang of it quite fast. The support team (Maandy and Sienna in my case) is exceptional, they respond near-immediately and work with you on whatever obstacle you have
