I was moving from Joy loyalty to BON because of their GemPage integration so I could make my own landing pages. I really put their team to work with the questions I had but they were able to help me with EVERYTHING! It was also nice to talk with real people that could help me, it wasn't that robotic chat feel that you get with other Shopify apps and it was nice to know an actual human was talking to me. I really felt like the support any idea and suggestion I have and they're happy to help in any way that they can.

Hazel from BON Shopify support was absolutely amazing. She understood my issue almost instantly — while I was still typing my second message about the incident, she had already identified the problem and provided the exact solution.
