This is a wonderful app! Their customer support is top tier and anytime I ever have a question, Hazel is always quick to respond and goes above and beyond to take the time to make sure my inquiry is resolved and is more than willing to take time to help. I couldn't recommend this app enough!

A user-friendly app to use on my website. The customer service was excellent; Sienna helped me create my loyalty page and was very nice and helpful. I recommend using Bon Loyalty apps because the app is really good.

Cara was amazing! Went above and beyond answering questions, getting to the root of the problem (which was actually not a problem with the app) and crafting a personalized how-to video for our customers. Ended up making me happy I had the problem so that I could get such a wonderful video to help customers with!
