BON Loyalty has been an amazing addition to my store! The app is easy to use, packed with useful features, and the customer support is truly outstanding. I had a few setup questions and small issues – the team responded quickly, kindly, and solved everything right away. Super smooth experience from start to finish. Everything works exactly as expected, and I love how customizable the loyalty and referral features are. Highly recommended for a clean, effective, and reliable loyalty program for your customers.

Excellent Support & Smooth Migration BON Loyalty has been amazing so far! The platform is easy to use, visually clean, and packed with all the features we needed to replace Smile.io — and at a better price. But what really stood out was the support. Sienna was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process: super responsive, friendly, and efficient. She helped us import points for hundreds of customers quickly and smoothly. Solid loyalty app with exceptional support! We’ve recently launched our customer loyalty programme using BON and have been impressed with how easy the setup was. The app offers good functionality, even on the Growth plan, including custom branding, VIP tiers, and referral rewards. What really sets BON apart is the incredible customer support. Hazel, Sienna, Courtney, Chloe, Mila and the rest of the team were consistently helpful, proactive and open to feedback throughout the setup. Even when I had very specific requests (like changing SEO tags and editing reward labels) the dev team responded quickly and actioned everything exactly as needed. The BON team is amazing! As a new business, I began building my online store on Shopify with absolutely no knowledge or experience. Among the various apps I considered introducing, I chose BON Loyalty. Because I lacked even the most basic understanding that most people have, I often found myself struggling with various settings. During those times, Sienna kindly and patiently explained everything to me in a way that even a complete beginner like myself could understand. Her cheerful and friendly support also gave me encouragement when I felt overwhelmed by unfamiliar tasks, and I truly felt supported mentally as well. Furthermore, seeing how quickly and thoroughly the team responded—investigating the causes of issues, providing solutions, and presenting easy-to-understand resources with images—made me realize how competent the whole team is. I believe I was able to successfully open my store this month thanks to all of you. I am truly grateful. Thank you so much for supporting an inexperienced Japanese beginner like me.
