We've been using the app for a few months and it's extremely easy to setup and offers tons of features. The help team via live chat, especially Cara, Mila, and Chloe, are super responsive and extremely helpful. We have been very pleased with the app so far and definitely recommend!!

I recently installed this app on my store, and I’m honestly impressed. The app itself is easy to use, packed with the right features to set up a solid loyalty program. Bon has been great for our store, especially since it's so customizable and we're able to make everything fit our brand. Also, it comes at a great price compared to other loyalty programs like Smile. Additionally, the Bon staff have been wonderful with assisting us with the implementation of the program. They also work hard to complete any requests we have and make any customizations that are necessary for our store!

The team has been very supportive on all my request, even able to do some personalization and customizations for us. All the people I spoke with (Hazel, Mila, Sienna, Chloe, Courtney) helped me promptly. Comparing to other tools we used, you get mostly the same for way less cost. I would really recommend this tool for early stage startups looking for something easy and fast to implement.
