From downloading to setting up, the response speed was very fast and the service was very professional. Hazel and Jean actively assisted me in solving the problem, especially helping me adjust the height of the mobile banner. They were meticulous and efficient. I really appreciate their help! Recently, I had a small query about a specific reward I was trying to redeem. I reached out to their customer service and had the absolute pleasure of interacting with Hazel. I have to say, Hazel was outstanding! Bon Loyalty has helped me add rewards to my website seamlessly. The app is intuitive and very user friendly. However, the support team is amazing - the answers are quick, precise and help you walk through any problems that you may encounter. The support and the intuitive app had me up and running our points program in about 2hours.
