Just installed Bon Loyalty and faced a small teething issue which is my lack of setting up. Hazel quickly send me two simple instructions to get it going. Amazing knowledge and the ability to understand my needs impressed me so much that I couldn't help it but leave this lengthy review . Is good that Bon Loyalty uses "real" people instead of chatbot . Thanks Hazel once again. Hopefully won't need you anymore in a few days time when the website goes live .

Great app for loyalty program. We initially tried another highly rated app, but it kept crashing and customer service was very much lacking. We then installed BON, and it's been great. Very easy to set up, and the customer support is amazing. Both Mia and Hazel were extremely quick to respond with helpful information. Highly recommend!

Just getting started – and Hazel made it BON-tastic! We’re just about to launch our loyalty program with BON, and wanted to make sure everything was set up the right way from the beginning – and honestly? Thanks to Hazel, everything went smoother than freshly folded laundry! Hazel didn’t just set everything up professionally and super quickly – she was also so friendly and helpful that we’d happily invite her for a post-work drink (if she didn’t keep disappearing at the end of the day ). She walked us through every step, responded instantly, and guided us through all the testing with patience, humor, and an insane level of support. We now feel totally ready for launch – all thanks to Hazel, who took her time and made it feel like we had a personal loyalty coach on standby. Honestly, it seems like she has a built-in BON-radar for any questions that come up. The app itself looks polished and well thought out – but even if it weren’t, we’d still give 5 stars just for the support. If everything continues the way it started, we’re in for a great ride with loyal customers and (hopefully) more chats with Hazel! Huge thanks, Hazel – you’re absolutely BON-derful!

This is the most AMAZING loyalty app I found after 2 days of research. It is perfect for small businesses with a limited budget. You can access most functions on the free trial and more advanced features at an incredibly low price. I have to mention how Hazel helped with everything. I can tell that it is a very warm and friendly team. She helped me set up everything and made sure everything worked. Definitely 12/10!
