Bon Loyalty has helped me add rewards to my website seamlessly. The app is intuitive and very user friendly. However, the support team is amazing - the answers are quick, precise and help you walk through any problems that you may encounter. I am at the process of launching the loyalty program to our customers. The features look good, but I cannot give a review on how it works , yet. I can however absolutely praise customer support. We couldn't be happier with this app! It is easy to use, quick to set up and has many different customization options. The biggest reason we rate this with 5 stars (and would go higher if possible) is the tremendous customer service and technical support. Cara and Mia have both gone above and beyond for us and were incredibly kind on top of everything. Cara had to deal with a myriad of random questions and hypothetical situations from me yesterday. She patiently walked me through each step, explaining not only how to deal with the situation, but also options for different ways of approaching our concerns. She also connected me with tech support on a theme issue and it was updated within minutes. Chat support can be challenging and these two lovely ladies made us feel understood and valued. Thank you both so much for your help with our program!
