The app provides everything necessary for implementing loyalty rewards for your customers. It is easy to install and can be customized to fit your needs. The customer service is outstanding! Keylinn and Hazel offered me valuable advice, assisted with settings, and provided recommendations. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and to get me fully set up. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this app for anyone seeking an easy-to-use and customizable loyalty program with a wide range of features.

The interface is easy to use, and you'll find most of the options you need for a loyalty app. Support is excellent; I had several positive interactions with Hazel. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Absolutely love this app! We switched over from another loyalty app, which had very limited features and was very expensive. It didn’t perform the way we wanted and didn’t allow us to build customer loyalty the way we wanted. We decided to switch over to BON as it had more features and was more affordable. Maxxie and Mia were absolutely amazing and provided the best customer support! They were able to resolve issues we had and help us customize the app the way we wanted. General customizations were free, and more complex customizations had an additional charge - however, it was very reasonable. We are so happy and excited about using this app, and have added to all 4 of our stores! Highly recommend.

We've just installed Bon, their customer service has been great with helping resolving any of our issues and quickly. Other loyalty programs are all incredibly expensive but Bon has everything we needed and such a better price than others

The BON app (and support team) are absolutely amazing at allowing us to provide VIP tiers for our customers, as well as reward our customers with purchase points and redeemable vouchers. The set-up and configuration is simple, straight-forward and quick. Furthermore, the support team (Hazel, Kaylinn, Maxxie) has been nothing short of amazing! Their response time, ability to troubleshoot and answer our questions, and service goes above and beyond to ensure our Rewards programme and offering works excellently. Highly recommended!
