The support team, especially Hazel, was a huge help. At first, I thought the customer’s request regarding the account changes wasn’t possible. However, Hazel provided a step-by-step guide and stayed with me throughout the entire process. She carefully confirmed each step I was doing to make sure everything was correct. Because of her guidance, I was able to successfully complete what needed to be done. If you ever find yourself having difficulty with anything, don’t hesitate to reach out to Hazel or the Bon Loyalty Customer Service team. They respond very quickly and truly support you from start to finish. I really appreciate all the help!

I want to share how grateful I am for the support I received from Sienna. She was incredibly helpful and prompt in guiding me through updating my DNS records so I could update my email address inside my BON loyalty app. She quickly sent over the files containing the necessary DNS records, and the information was clearly organized, which made it easy for me to copy and paste everything directly into my domain account without confusion. Sienna’s responsiveness and clear instructions made what could have been a stressful process feel simple and smooth. I truly appreciate her professionalism and efficiency. there is so much you can do with this app, really can't wait to showcase all features to my customers. Bon Loyalty's customer service is extremely responsive, no matter i message them at 2am Singapore time, there is someone responding to me, i messaged them at 1pm Singapore time, Haley responded to me, superb customer service, great job guys!
