Richtig gut. Mega netter Kundenservice, direkt per Chat, hilft schnell. Habe Kontakt mit Natalie gehabt. Aber der Kundenservice spricht Englisch, also Englischkenntnisse zum kontaktieren nötig oder man benutzt einen Übersetzer. Die Points lassen sich sehr einfach einrichten, es sieht auch alles visuell sehr hübsch aus.

Exceptional support! BON Loyalty is a great app, but the customer support truly sets it apart. Hazel was extremely helpful, fast to respond, and resolved every single request I had to full satisfaction. She made setting up and customizing our rewards program completely seamless.
