Wir sind von einer anderen Loyalty App zu BON gewechselt. Das Onboarding war vorbildlich. Der Punktetransfer hat perfekt geklappt. Die App läuft ausgezeichnet. Sehr übersichtlich und viele Einstell- und Brandingmöglichkeiten. Support bei Fragen ist sehr schnell und wird in kürzester Zeit bearbeitet. Online Chat mit dem Support klappt hervorragend. Die App ist sehr empfehlenswert. 5 Sterne

This app was uninstalled the same day because the app developer wanted to charge me a fee for integrating the floating widget and rewards page into my theme. The floating widget is large and blocks the cart drawer checkout button on mobile. The buttons on the rewards page are not customisable. The extra fee charge is disappointing because I am on the paid version and it took me all day to set up the app, and I found out last minute about the extra charges. All the other apps I use, paid and free apps, offer support for integration for free.

Jean and Cara was incredibly helpful, providing fast replies and patiently guiding me through every step of the process, even though I had numerous questions. BON's customer service is superb and far exceeds that of our previous loyalty program. Highly recommended!

I had been using and testing out this app for a few months now and so far, I really like that it is easy to implement and use. The service is excellent! The team is always so quick to repsond and always so helpful. And when they say they will get back to you on something, they always do so and at the fastest possible time. Chelsea, really helped me out getting BON installed and working. I have no clue what I am doing with this stuff. Easy to use and looks like it will add a lot of value for our customers and help tackle competition. Would recommend it so far and will update my review after using it for a few months.

I am really enjoying this app. It is very user friendly and easy to setup. I did have a few issues with removing the widget on the home page - but Anna was so quick to respond to my request. She was able to send me links and walk me through the changes I wanted to make.
