I have enrolled to the FREE version for the moment, and I must admit the way this app is designed is very friendly to the beginners. It seems very simple, robust and clear. Well, at times, I needed some help since I am a complete beginner to this reward & referral program, i was assisted by a super agent named HAZEL. She is brilliant, well mannered, knowledgeable and super fast! Overall experience was good for me! I would like to rate 5/5 for the app as well as Hazel's support!

My experience with the Bon loyalty app and it's staff was unmatched. Building a website from zero experience has been everything but easy, and Hazel from the support chat made setting up and integrating the bon loyalty program so so easy. She answered all of my queries almost instantly, configured my email seamlessly and even went into my end and helped me upload my images at the right size and quality. Thank you so much it has been a breeze! Also the customisations are beautiful and really easy to add your own brand colours, fonts and images to make it more personal and on brand. Thank you Hazel!
