Jean and Cara was incredibly helpful, providing fast replies and patiently guiding me through every step of the process, even though I had numerous questions. I had been using and testing out this app for a few months now and so far, I really like that it is easy to implement and use. The service is excellent! The team is always so quick to repsond and always so helpful. And when they say they will get back to you on something, they always do so and at the fastest possible time. Maxxie and Cara assisted me today and my problem was resolved extremely quickly. Thank you so much! I'd highly recommend this app :)

Chelsea, really helped me out getting BON installed and working. I have no clue what I am doing with this stuff. Easy to use and looks like it will add a lot of value for our customers and help tackle competition. Would recommend it so far and will update my review after using it for a few months.

I am really enjoying this app. It is very user friendly and easy to setup. I did have a few issues with removing the widget on the home page - but Anna was so quick to respond to my request. She was able to send me links and walk me through the changes I wanted to make.

So far so good. Customer service from both Mia and Anna was excellent. They got my customers imported and loyalty page and widget up and running quickly. The app looks great and I think it will be much easier for customers to navigate than my previous program
