This app has been such an easy process the help Cady provided was amazing and i was able to get it up in running in a matter of an hour.

BON is a great reward program and has generated a lot of revenue to my store. It's easy to use, for both customers and myself. The support is second to none. No matter what time I reach out, there is always a helpful support agent happy to help. This is exceptional given that I live in a different time zone. Cady was fabulous today, she went above and beyond to help me and guide me to a solution. It's lovely receiving such exceptional service nowadays!

Very easy to use and set up! I do wish there was a way you could personalise it a bit more though, but overall very good!

Nice customer service! Although they said that don't answer on weekends Cara just replied to my message in 10 sec on weekends! App also works perfect

The installation process to me has been very easy! Anna was amazing in making sure I was taking care of and provided extremely fast as well as great service! This looks like it will be an amazing app for my customers and I will be sharing another update after I use it for a longer.

I'm just starting to use the app but so far, I enjoy the ease of the set up and the quick response from customer service. Cady was wonderful and gave me pretty good advice. They were even able to let me know the app covers another app on my website. I look forward to using this more.

I was a person who used a different reward app for my other site. When I came across 'BON' Loyalty Rewards & Referral app, that shocked me pretty much. It's because the functionality was perfect, even free. Anyone who wants to adopt reward program on your website, please do NOT hesitate to use this app for your task. BON loyalty app is very compact and well thought out. I also had a very pleasurable experience with my customer support Cara as my problems were solved fast and without any need for me to input something. Everything was completed for me! Excellent customer support.
