As an outdoor brand “Born in the Carpathians, Made for the Mountains,” operating across more than 10 EU countries, we needed a robust and flexible loyalty program. For us, it’s not only about standard customer rewards, but also about building a community, engaging customers through challenges like “Your Path, Your Flow,” and integrating with platforms such as Instagram, Facebok, Tiktok, reviews, and more. BON has met our expectations in all these areas. The app provides strong functionality and flexibility, allowing us to go beyond traditional loyalty programs. We would also like to highlight the excellent onboarding experience. The team provided great support, especially when dealing with complex data imports, which were handled successfully. A special thanks to the entire BON team, and particularly to Haley, who was extremely helpful, responsive, and proactive in addressing our requirements. We truly appreciate the collaboration and highly recommend the app.

So far I like this program. I was surprised to see so many people signing up right away. The chat support is very responsive. A few minor things in the back end I had to learn how to understand. It's a very easy setup. I just looked at other websites and got the idea what to do right away.
