This app is really very helpful and in alot of ways better than other apps because they provide 24/7 seamless access to the customer care which has helped me alot setting up my store. The prices might seem high in the beginning but their service advocates it. I would 10/10 recommend everyone out there to try this app for sure. As it's not just about their service but also the value their product adds up to your store making it look more professional and driving more traffic organically.

Dear Kiesha, BON firmly believes in user-friendly policy. Our refund policy is transparent and aimed at safeguarding user rights. We're always here to assist you if you could provide further details about your case. From what we can see, you forgot to downgrade the app after the trial ended in May 2023. It wasn't until Jan 07, 2024, that you reached out with a short message. With these limited details, we genuinely hope to connect with you directly to hear more from you. Hope to hear from you soon. really nice and efficient app. very easy to set up. my only complaint is you cant activate the welcome email unless you upgrade. while i do understand other options not being available on the free, it would be nice for customers to receive a confirmation welcome email regardless of the plan.

Throughout the installation process and setting up the environment, we have been helped in an unbelievable positive and speedy way by support agent Chelsea. During the chat, she was very supportive and provided clear information. Thanks to her support, our BON Loyalty Program is now active. I can't speak for the app just yet as I've only just installed it but so far I'm very happy. The features are exactly what I've been looking for and the installation was fairly easy (good since I'm not overly tech savy). Customer support was absolutely amazing! I had a couple of small issues (that were my fault completely) and I received help right away.
