I've only been using the app for a day or two. I've bombarded support with so many questions, which have been answered promptly and professionally. Genie and Chelsea have been amazing. Thank you so much for your help. Migrating from another platform to Shopify has been very stressful, and I was worrying about the loyalty programme I had running. I need not worry anymore. The app is excellent, fully customizable and very professional/nice looking. I look forward to my customers using it once we've opened properly. Thank you

Very good app to start a loyalty programme in your shop. The best thing about it is that you get support - whenever, with whatever problem. They help 24/7

We installed Bon a week ago due to a tremendous price increase from our previous loyalty app. We have been using it for 8 days and it's been great. As with any switch there are a few bumps along the way but the customer service has been excellent! It is timely and each representative goes out of their way to help me find answers. In particular, Genie had been extremely helpful.

I just downloaded the app so I can’t speak to the results yet. However, BON has it set up so easy to get started!! A remarkably swift and reliable support team, fully understanding the expectations for a loyalty program. It's an excellent choice for those using Shopify POS! Perhaps the sole drawback I could mention is that POS coupons cannot be individually configured to apply only to specific collections. I have already communicated this to them, and I have received assurance that they will address this issue. In summary, I recommend it to anyone considering the implementation of a loyalty program.

The app is not as expensive as some other loyalty apps in the store and still works very well for us. What is outstanding though is its immensely helpful support. The support and dev team went above and beyond to help us modify a specific functionality to match our needs. Certainly a full recommendation!!
