We're looking for some Loyalty App that can meet our business needs. We wanted a simple yet powerful app and gladly we found this BON Loyalty Rewards & Referral :) Though setting it up is easy, their customer support, Ms. Tracy, is very attentive and really helpful. She even offered me the advanced features for free! Superb! Kudos to the developers, the whole team, and this app! :)

My current Loyalty and Referral APP has some issues, so I'm looking to switch to other app. I came accross BON and it has almost all the features I'm looking for. I'm willing to pay for the features but BON amazingly offers those features for free. Appreciated for offering such a wonderful app for small shop like us. Their service is also top notch. Anna, Emile, and Daisy have been very helpful. Thank you! The only thing I'd like to recommend is to add customized point earning activities. In our case, we would like to offer points when customers leave us Google or website review. We look forwards to seeing this function down the road, and willing to pay for the advanced function. Overall, highly recommended if you are looking for a app to help you in Point Earning, Referral, and VIP Tiering.

We have only set this app up but it appears to be exactly what we are after. It is flexible and easy to change design, appearance, colour and wording. It is easy to use and setup and support from Anna was great.

This app is far exceeds all others on the market! The design is clean, easy to use, and full of features. The support is unmatched in the industry. Even at 8 PM on Sunday night, Anna with support replied to my support request within minutes and had it resolved within moments. As this is a new app, I am looking forward to what this company does in the future.

They have a awesome support program. Emile had asked us what we needed before we asked her. And she helped us solve problems by providing the right support when we needed it most. The app works great and comes with a lot of valuable features. :) It has a clean interface and is easy to navigate. While I had an issue with allocated points, Daisy, Emile, and everyone on their support team were very kind and helpful. They were very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this app!

Diese App ist wirklich einer meiner Favoriten! Ich habe in den letzten Tagen und Wochen einige Apps getestet aber diese hier hat es mir besonders angetan ;) Es gibt einfach Apps (oder auch andere Dinge), wo man gleich merkt, da meint es jemand ernst und achtet auf Details. So würde ich diese App beschreiben. Zu den Funktionen, man kann hier wirklich alles einstellen wie man es möchte. Das Design ist anpassbar, die Texte, die Icons, die Farben und das Header Bild. Man hat hier alles auf einmal, die Kunden können beim teilen, shoppen und empfehlen Punkte verdienen. Man hat ein VIP System für die Kunden. Und man hat auch eine größere Auswahl, welche Prämien die Kunden erhalten können. Zudem ist das Design schön und es läuft bis jetzt sehr stabil alles. Und der engagierte Kundenservice rundet das ganze ab. 1A mit Sternchen und Bienchen ♡

I originally had another app monitoring my rewards for my customers as I went with the "most reviews" and high star rating; however, I kept searching because I found that rewards program kinda limiting me to what I wanted to do for my customers and I ended up finding this one, and I am making the switch over! The customer support is TOP KNOTCH. I have been on with them the past 2 nights for a good couple hours getting them help me switch over and to be honest, they are doing all the work for me. Emile was my support person and she was great at keeping me updated and communicating with me. What needs to be done on their end, how long etc. She also was very clear on what I needed to do and how to go about doing it. I was very nervous to make the switch but extremely happy I did! If you are looking for a more personalized approach to being able to reward your customers and MORE OPTIONS, this app is definitely a must. I technically didn't have to be on for hours talking to support but I was enjoying learning more about it and really covering my basis. It's super user friendly and easy to follow and understand. Sometimes the smaller ones are the goodies ;) get on it earlier than later in my opinion. Cheers and we are all in this together shopifiers ;)
