First tried the Bons Loyalty program during the very early stages of my store setup. While I wasn't quite ready for a rewards app back then, I always knew it would be my go to choice once my order volume grew. I have now returned and reinstalled it, and it is exactly what I hoped for! It’s incredibly easy to install, looks great on my site, and offers excellent branding options. The customer service is just as great as I remembered huge thanks to Hazel and the entire team for their support. Definitely 5 stars!

Very impressed with BON Loyalty. Set up has been a breeze, from branding to points setup , customisation of email notifications and bulk import of customer details and existing points balances. I successfully had BON designed and configured and live on my website in one day, with constant availability of support staff at all times. Each query I had was answered within minutes and with the most detailed documentation covering every step of the process. Emile, Cara, Daisy and Genie were all assisting at various times and all extremely helpful. Thanks BON Loyalty - I look forward to seeing many happy customers redeeming their rewards.

The support from the customer service and technical team has been fantastic, assisting us promptly and accurately in resolving any issues we encountered, and even assisting with modifications at the code level. It's very comforting to communicate with customer service and solve problems!

APP más que interesante para crear un programa de fidelización y de referenciados. Además de su precio versus a sus funcionalidades, el soporte es magnífico. Tu ve un pequeño problema y Anna lo soluciono perfectamente, estando atenta a mi durante más de 30 minutos. Sinceramente, ya tengo APP para fidelizar a los clientes.

I shopped around for a loyalty program for a while and Bon had the best features to price ratio. Gave em a shot and have been super impressed! It's very feature rich for what you pay and integrates smoothly with Shopify. Little hiccups here and there have been addressed super fast by their support team, Daisy is awesome! We've had it fully installed about 6 months and couldn't be happier with our choice.

So far so good. I've had the app for about a day now as I'm getting everything set up for launch. This app includes most everything I was looking for in a loyalty app including: referrals, rewards expiry, judge.me and POS integrations, dedicated pages (because who else is tired of widgets?), vip tiers, and minimalistic yet customizable design. Fingers crossed they will soon introduce a Mailchimp integration. However, all of those core features I was looking for plus so many more for $15 a month (and less annually) is an unbelievable deal. Shout out to Daisy, Cara, Genie, and Jerry for helping me with customizations, guidance, and responding in a timely manner. Especially considering they probably aren't in the same time zone me.

BON is seriously cool. First off, the way it looks is just so darn nice. It's like they sprinkled design magic all over it, and every button feels like it's in the perfect place. And man, does it do a lot. It's got all these crazy features that pretty much cover everything I need. What's really nice is that even though it's super powerful, using BON is like a breeze. I didn't need to go through a tech boot camp to figure stuff out – it just makes sense. Setting things up is a walk in the park too. They took the complicated stuff and turned it into a few easy steps. Oh, and big props to Anna in customer service. She's like the friendliest problem-solver ever. She listens, gives solid advice, and leaves me feeling like I've got a buddy in the app world. All in all, BON is the bomb. If you're after an app that's got it all – looks, brains, and service with a smile – you seriously can't go wrong.
