A visually pleasing, easy to use Loyalty app that doesn't cost the earth! But the best part about it is the support. When I enabled the app on our website the widget was showing up, but when clicked it brought up a blank white box. I reached out to support, expecting a response within the next day or so. Anna replied almost immediately and helped me sort the issue (which was just that I was viewing a preview of our website! Going incognito revealed there was never any real issue.) Responsive ongoing support is a big priority for me as a new business owner and Anna's care has made a big impact on my to-do list!

BON is seriously cool. First off, the way it looks is just so darn nice. It's like they sprinkled design magic all over it, and every button feels like it's in the perfect place. And man, does it do a lot. It's got all these crazy features that pretty much cover everything I need. What's really nice is that even though it's super powerful, using BON is like a breeze. I didn't need to go through a tech boot camp to figure stuff out – it just makes sense. Setting things up is a walk in the park too. They took the complicated stuff and turned it into a few easy steps. Oh, and big props to Anna in customer service. She's like the friendliest problem-solver ever. She listens, gives solid advice, and leaves me feeling like I've got a buddy in the app world. All in all, BON is the bomb. If you're after an app that's got it all – looks, brains, and service with a smile – you seriously can't go wrong.

If I could rate my experience a 10 I would. I can't say enough about the amazing customer service Cara provided tonight. She was patient, kind, knowlegable and explained everything so a non-tech person like myself could understand. She gave awesome customer service and went above and beyond to help me with my Bon Loyalty account. i greatly appreciate her. I'm excited to be using Bon Loyalty with my brand. BON Loyalty has the best customer service by far! I have had three loyalty programs in total - BON Loyalty is my third - and they are the quickest and most knowledgeable. I love that my chat did not automatically close with my helper Genie. It also retains my previous conversations from the past (my previous reward programs would delete the conversations). Genie was very patient with all my questions, provided numerous helpful links for applying rewards to a customer's purchase, uploading a preexisting customer/point csv, and so much more. Thank you Genie!

Very helpful and I can say this would be a quite perfect solution for starter websites to do the loyalty program. Just need some improvement on customizing and branding of some features

Very easy to use and set up. The free version we are using is ideal for a small business and the few queries I had were answered straight away. No complaints so far.

The app didn't work for me, but they refunded me the full amount. Great customer service. I will try the app in a few months, see if the bugs are out. I did like the app a lot.
[Updated 21 July, 2023] As per our records, a refund was processed on 20 July, and it should have been credited back to your original payment method. If the funds have not been credited to your account, please let us know immediately, and we will take swift action to resolve the situation and ensure you receive your refund without any further delay. I'm sorry that the way our Support staff explained the synchronization process caused a slight misunderstanding, made you to worry although the data was actually fetched and complete long time before, but customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and I want to assure you that we are committed to providing the best possible service. At BON, we value each customer and strive to maintain the highest standards in our services. BON has a transparent refund policy and we always put your satisfaction first. Again, allow me to explain why some customer accounts don't sync right away. When a customer logs in/registers, his account will immediately appear in the Loyalty app. Conversely, if merchants (or 3rd-party apps) manually create customer accounts in the shop's admin, we have to fetch this data from Shopify to BON and the timeline can vary from a few minutes to a few hours. Rest assured that customer accounts will be periodically re-synced daily to ensure stable performance and user experience. We appreciate your detailed review, we understand that each feedback reflects the customer's true experience and that should help us grow. I have tried a few apps, this is the most easiest and efficient one I have used. I can tailor it to my stores needs and the help team are 100% there with any concerns. I would highly recommend this app.
