Bon Loyalty is one of those apps that leaves a lasting impression. I actually remembered it from about two years ago when I was researching loyalty apps for my Shopify store. I had to put my business on hold for a while, so when I recently came back to continue building my store, I was genuinely happy to find Bon Loyalty already waiting in my list of apps. One of the things I appreciate most is how customizable it is. The free plan includes plenty of useful features, which is incredibly valuable when you're just starting out. At the same time, the app offers excellent upgrade options that can grow alongside your business, making it a great long-term choice. The customer support has also been outstanding. Hazel, Hailey and Kian have been incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They explain everything clearly and even include screenshots and pictures to make the process easy to follow. Overall, Bon Loyalty has been a wonderful experience so far. If you're looking for a loyalty program that's easy to use, flexible, and backed by a caring support team, this app is definitely worth considering.
