I have been using it for a few days. Although it is not long, I found that it is relatively easy to master during the setting process, and the functions basically meet the needs of use. It would be more perfect if more task types and points use methods could be added in the future. , customer service Emile is very timely and effective help, thank you very much.

Cette application est facile à utiliser, vraiment user-friendly autant pour le client que pour l'équipe de travail qui la gère. On a un excellent service et des réponses toujours très rapides. Emile est une perle et parle aussi bien l'anglais que le français, ce qui m'a beaucoup étonnée car le service est habituellement en anglais seulement. J'ai hate de voir les nouvelles features apparaître au fil du temps !

So far this app is AMAZING. I just downloaded it tonight, but the customization is perfect and the rewards options are endless. A special shoutout to Emile for her INCREDIBLE customer service helping me figure out some things, even being extra generous to go above and beyond, as well as being super relational connecting with me about our business. I'm going to see how well this goes with gaining loyalty with our customers, I have a really good feeling about it so far. :)

Super easy to set up and Tracy has been very helpful. Only wish it was available on Shopify POS, but for now I will be able to adjust the points manually, if checking out in person.

I have been on a search for an app with the features that I needed to create a loyalty program. BON has everything in one place. The app is very user friendly and if you don't grasp things as easily. You have support there to help. I was flying through the setup at midnight. Emile popped in and introduced herself, shared a nice conversation. She also pointed out some suggestions to make the app easier to find. She was really a great help. I can't wait to really see the app in action. I used this app and ran into some trouble where I needed some customer service and I got a woman named Emile. She was super nice, respectful and clear in her instructions. The world would be a better place if there was an ocean of Emile's out there as customer support workers. The app is great as well.
