Amazing royalty app. Unfortunately it's missing the reviews side, but everything else is perfect. Highly customizable as well.

Great app and easy to use. No coding is needed and it actually does what is promised. Their support team is fantastic and gets back to you fast. Emile was very helpful and friendly!

This app is excellent for keeping track of loyalty Rewards! Adding new rewards is easy & being able to customize my widget button is pretty awesome.

I love this app, it has what I want to do with my website earn points, redeems, referrals, and even VIP tiers, oh they are just online alsway ready to help that was so sweet and kind, highly recommended.

After trying out different Rewards Apps for the last three years of our business, we landed on BON and haven't looked back. The features we get are on par with other very expensive apps up there. Customer support is very fast too and answered all our questions immediately. Would happily recommend and I can't see us changing to an alternative rewards app for a long while.

I am still exploring the app. However, for a start it's very easy to use and setup. Its very helpful to with step-by-step guide. Cady is also very supportive in assisting as customer support <3

Dear Lumibella, The BON team is sincerely sorry for any inconvenience you may have felt while using the software. Please allow us to explain why you temporarily could not access the BON dashboard. As we already announced via email, since Monday, we've had a significant update, BON has just been integrated into the internal Shopify admin page interface! This update may cause a few problems, such as delayed loading times or briefly unrecorded in-app actions. The BON app may become unavailable for a few hours in some stores. However, this issue was already aware of in advance and the app will soon be back to normal when the maintenance is done. Please allow us just a little more time, your case is our top priority. Again, we truly apologize. Our team is working very hard to quickly solve the problem and we will get back to you as soon as I can when the app's performance is back to normal. Woow, I don't know where to start from... The app is really amazing. It has everything I need and the customer service is great. I had questions and they helped me so fast. Daisy was soo friendly and easy to work with. The app is so customer friendly also. I highly recommend and I'm sure you'll be happy with what you'll have. There are so many custom options and beautiful designs to choose from. I love it so far and I really think I'm lucky I found it. Thank you so much!

I love this app so far. Even though I am new to the app. I love the set-up and all of the features thus far. Emile was so sweet and understanding. Emile went above and beyond. Emile really was a big help to me on many occasions over the several days I needed support in setting up the app. I am really loving this rewards app. It offers many great options to choose from for your customers. You are able to customize your rewards and your banner. If you are looking for a rewards program for your customers, this is the one for you! It is wonderful to have chat support with an agent available right within the app, thank you Emile for being prompt with answering my questions and assisting with the removal of the banner brand and activation of advanced features.
