The app is really useful to our store , it helps a lot to our relationship with customers. And the technical supporters work fast and can solve the problems within hours. Emile is a friendly and nice service，she mostly can helf me deal with all my requests.

This app really have a lot of features that I want for. Meanwhile the most important thing is their services are very good. I had use multiple loyalty apps before and I think this is the best one!

Downloaded Bon Loyalty for the Shopify Online Store, and truth be told, it's the best app out there for a Loyalty Programme! - Allows you to customise the features and appearance to match the themes of your online store - Love how you are able to configure and edit details and promotions to further entice customers to be part of the loyalty programme - Most importantly is the amazing Support available, I had the pleasure to interact with Daisy (Hi Daisy!) who is incredibly responsive and patient with my needs. 5 of 5 Stars Definitely Recommended!

BON Loyalty Rewards & Referral is an amazing app. It has a lot of great features related to both reward and referral program along with some fun branding customizations I have never seen on any other app before. Anna is amazing, very customer service focused, quick to provide assistance and just a pleasure to speak with. I love the fact that Anna was able to take feedback/suggestions back to the development team also. Very excited to see this app evolve and loving the fact the team is so willing to take customer feedback and use it to improve the app.

I was looking for an app to use for our online store in order for our loyal customers to receive points and rewards as they shop. I tried multiple apps and finally came across BON Loyalty. I am drawn to apps with a user friendly platform and ones that make my job easier and more fun! This is one of them! I'm in the process of setting it up still and plan on launching it soon, but I'm excited to get going! It looks great! The support has been excellent throughout, I can't fault that! No matter what time of day I seem to get a quick response and nothing is too much trouble! I had an issue I was really worried about and ended up speaking with Anna, within a couple of minutes my problem was solved! It's not often these days you get such great support at your fingertips! I am loving this app so far. I upgraded my program from yotpo to this program and so happy I did! Love that you can set tiers for spending and have gifts! Plus if you have any troubles at all their tech support is incredible. I have dealt with Anna and she has been amazing and helpful! Highly recommend this app

This was by far the best app and offered more products to me than any other app on the shopify network. And best yet, it was all for FREE and it runs like any other the paying apps or even better. Not to mention, the support is A++++. Anna was the sweetest and hooked us up with a gift, which she didnt need to but she did. Such a beaut!!....If you havent gotten this app yet, what are you waiting for.
