I have recently used it but I can say that at the moment it is very comfortable and intuitive. Easy to use and customize! the customer service really friendly and very fast in giving answers. I was followed by Dale and Emile and they were really courteous and also nice! Recommended app, if it continues to work like this it will be truly TOP!

Super easy to set up and offers a variety of customisation including theme, rewards and ways to earn rewards. Daisy was lovely to talk to and even removed some BON branding free of charge for me :)

Honestly a great app. It has all the premium features of other apps for FREE. Integration, system and settings are all easily configured and managed. Recommend all shopify stores to use this app! Has a very sweet and friendly customer support named, Emile who is fast in responding and rectifying to my store issues!

150% Recommended the APP! I just downloaded the app 12AM in my timezone, yet their customer service is very responsive and super knowledgeable about their application her name is Daisy. The APP is great and deserved more than 5 star because the experience I got for a FREE app and the customer service is non monetary. I Strongly recommend the app!

Amazing loyalty, rewards, and referral app with a long list of features. I'd tried a few other apps and this app works better than other apps I tried and has many more features and ways to earn rewards, and ways to customize the entire rewards program. It is also easy to setup and customize. In addition to being a great app, Bon also offers amazing customer service. Emile was very helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions and helped me with the setup questions I had about getting started .

I have been on the lookout for an alternative to Smile.io and BON is the new way to start :) Easy to set up, generous functions and highly customisable for a free app with great potential coming up! Emile was very helpful and gave great starter tips. She's very open to feedback and suggestions and was so sweet throughout our conversations. Highly recommended for any small business that wishes to implement a loyalty program. Definitely looking forward to the VIP Tiers and all future updates!

If you want a loyalty app 1000% Get this one! I found this gem while looking to replace smile.io. I can't believe Bon Loyalty is FREE!! This app is so customizable, easy to set up, my VIP's love how clean and easy to understand it is. Customer service has been amazing on helping if I needed to know how to tweak something or letting us give feedback for future features. The email program is still in Beta and they are great on taking notes of any issues or changes. Emile was helping me off and on tonight with questions I had. I LOVE she encouraged questions no matter the time. She stated just ask and they will get back to me. They are in a totally different time zone. She was so professional. Emile even took time to ask my name to get to know me better. What app does that? This is my favorite app I have so far over paid or free! I can't wait to see as they grow what else they will offer!

I totally enjoyed using this app. It felt like Emile and team Bon loyalty Points were on a rescue for me! It was my first time using any loyalty program and the developer & client support made it so easy for me to understand how to make it program functional. By chance Emily could help me out during the weekend when they were supposed to be offline. It truly helped me a lot and no words can actually define this because I was working on a lot of other things and had a lot of pressure! Still a young app. Works for simple use cases but the support is great ! They helped us get everything up and running, it took less than 15 minutes to get the widget working.
