This app is pretty great. Easy to install and customised set up. By the way, the team from BON Loyalty is pretty is pretty supportive that Emile provide great help to our team. I am really appreciated.

I just installed Bon Loyalty and it's terrific. I had lots of questions and was provided excellent customer service from Emile. Great communication, friendly and explained everything I needed to know. Great app - great people. Thanks! Actually the best customer service I've received from anywhere to do with Shopify, and I've had my shop for 7 years. Way to go Bon Loyalty - you know what you're doing!

I love this app!!! Really impressive solution that has impressed me from the get go. The customer support is really outstanding - and this is so important when you are trying to implement a successful loyalty program. Every single person I have interacted with since implementing has been super helpful, courteous, professional. The app does exactly what it says on the tin and no request to support team is too much - they will go out of their way to help however they can. The app itself is easy to use and works smoothly.

Beyond impressed for a free app. Other apps charge starting at $50/month! Easy to navigate and customize. Customer service is extremely prompt in responding and resolving any issues. Daisy helped me and she was absolutely wonderful.

This is a really super app - after trying a few other solutions available, this app really outperforms most others I have tried. And their support team are second to none, they are patient, understanding and pretty much always available. Quick response times and always willing to go that extra mile. Emile helped me today and was super, but I have been helped on other occasions by other support team members - Dean, Daisy, Tracy, Sunny - and I have to say every single one has managed to help me and answer my questions quickly and efficiently.

I had been looking for the perfect Rewards program since switching from Woocommerce to Shopify and had tried several which didn't quite meet up with my requirements, unless will to pay much more than I can afford. Luckily I eventually found BON and found it met all my expectations and way more! The team there, especially Daisy, are super friendly and even removed branding for me for free! HIGHLY recommended app :)

I was looking for a way to reward my customers. This app has great features. I compared it with other app programs and this one has lots of great features and FREE! The customer service is great. I was having trouble and I was reaching out to Shopify and I actually received a chat notification from BON. They helped me out with everything I needed. When Shopify called back I cancelled the call. I can't wait to see how my customers respond to it.

I just signed up for this application and I am loving the features that it offer. It is very easy to use. Kudos to Daisy from the support team, she is extremely attentive and quick on the answers. I received excellent support for several questions. The app seems to be pretty customizable and do what I was looking for in regards to offering a referral program.

After a lot of research, I just downloaded this app today based on other reviews. Very easy set up and customizations. I had a support request and Sunny was amazing to work with!! Can't wait until they add a "Leave a Review" option for rewards. Don't hesitate to download this one!

We tried several competitors in this field, 7 in total, none had more than they have. Customer service is kind and effective and always there when you need them. Emile and the team helped a lot when I had an issue. Definitely recommended.

This app is great. You can remove their branding, customize it to your liking. Their support is awesome. Tracy helped me today 1/27/22 and it was all smooth sailing from there.

I have tried a lots of loyalty applications including Smiles. I am taking my time and writing this detailed review because Bon Loyalty Team is amazing. The application is free and it has much better customization and multi language support features then most of the paid apps. The support they provided is excellent. I was in touch with many people in the team and they all are caring and kind. They do their best to help you and believe me their best is great. I would like to thank all of them, especially to Emile, Tracy and Andy. Don't wast your time, try this app.
