I have been searching for customer reward and loyalty apps in the market for some time. Most of these kinds of apps are not friendly to small businesses like me, they charge incredibly high for most useful features. Bon loyalty is perfectly fitted my needs for every feature and it is totally FREE! And the customer service is wonderful.

With any new APP it can be difficult to work out how to use it and how to make it work best for your site. I had a go and wasn't too happy so I contacted support and Sunny was so helpful. She accessed our store and made the APP look great and I am sure it will help grow our business. We have already had customers sign up and expect more now that it has been given a personal touch. Customer Support has been so helpful - I had a query outside of Support Hours but I was assisted so I could launch the Loyalty program with my business. I needed help with ways my customers can earn points and was swiftly assisted to understand but also showed how to complete the amendments. Super

Honestly, the best costume service and the best services I've ever received. I had to access customer service to solve a small issue editing a tab and they helped me very quickly to solve it and to configure my store. Sunny was extremely helpful! A+++ Very simple to and easy to manage with a lot of possibilities to engage and solidify costumers. Great possibilities to grow! The app is complete with options rewarding, redeeming and more. Very satisfied! Definitely recommended!

I just downloaded this app and it is extremely easy to navigate! I have wanted to do a rewards program for my customers and this app is making it easy to build! I will be launching my rewards program in a week and super excited to see how this program will encourage more sales and returning customers.

I really love all of the features of this app. It gives you various ways for customers to receive rewards and offers several ways to redeem rewards. Easy to use too.

This app is great. There are a lot of possibilities it offers. The support is more than great, Carla helped me and guided me step by step through the app and explained all the possibilities. What I really liked was their desire to hear what suits us as users, what needs to be improved, what options still need to be introduced. I recommend everyone who is considering this type of application to opt for this one, as it has everything you need as a user, functionality, a beautiful look, many options, and perfect customer support.

I just installed this app. So far it has been very easy to install, customisation is a breeze and easy integration. A great free plan and the customer service amazing. I hear there are email notifications being launched soon which will be take it to the next level. A great app and plan for my business just starting out.
