really easy to use. love it. Support was lightning fast. Its free but i could still customize many mini details.

Top app!! installation and customization was very easy. When i needed some extra help, i got it right away. In a few days time some customers enlisted in the loyalty programme so it works great!

Excellent app for introducing loyalty points into your Shopify Store. Super simple to set up and with a modern design. Another strong point is the support of the development team: Daisy and Kyle were very kind to answer me quickly on some doubts, solving and managing everything in a very professional way!

The app is even much better than most paid loyalty apps. I really like that! And their support is also great. I think there are still improvement about the referral program.

I have been searching for customer reward and loyalty apps in the market for some time. Most of these kinds of apps are not friendly to small businesses like me, they charge incredibly high for most useful features. Bon loyalty is perfectly fitted my needs for every feature and it is totally FREE! And the customer service is wonderful.

With any new APP it can be difficult to work out how to use it and how to make it work best for your site. I had a go and wasn't too happy so I contacted support and Sunny was so helpful. She accessed our store and made the APP look great and I am sure it will help grow our business. We have already had customers sign up and expect more now that it has been given a personal touch. Customer Support has been so helpful - I had a query outside of Support Hours but I was assisted so I could launch the Loyalty program with my business. I needed help with ways my customers can earn points and was swiftly assisted to understand but also showed how to complete the amendments. Super

Honestly, the best costume service and the best services I've ever received. I had to access customer service to solve a small issue editing a tab and they helped me very quickly to solve it and to configure my store. Sunny was extremely helpful! A+++ Very simple to and easy to manage with a lot of possibilities to engage and solidify costumers. Great possibilities to grow! The app is complete with options rewarding, redeeming and more.
