I want to share how grateful I am for the support I received from Sienna. She was incredibly helpful and prompt in guiding me through updating my DNS records so I could update my email address inside my BON loyalty app. She quickly sent over the files containing the necessary DNS records, and the information was clearly organized, which made it easy for me to copy and paste everything directly into my domain account without confusion. Sienna’s responsiveness and clear instructions made what could have been a stressful process feel simple and smooth. I truly appreciate her professionalism and efficiency. there is so much you can do with this app, really can't wait to showcase all features to my customers.
