My company has used Boxify for several years. It has worked very well for us. In fact, we are adding Boxify to a brand new store. I have needed assistance in setup a few times, so I emailed Boxify with my issues. They responded VERY quickly (within 30 minutes today) with the answer. I did not get some automatic reply or some generic email. I could tell that I was emailing an actual person (David). He helped me with everything I needed. I almost NEVER review anything, as I am quite busy, but Boxify has been THAT good and they deserve it. No program for calculating shipping is perfect, but I would say that Boxify is as close as it gets for our needs. We sell products of varying weights and sizes (motorcycle parts), and Shopify's shipping could not come close to handling our needs. I would HIGHLY recommend Boxify.

This is an excellent product for getting accurate shipping quotes! I highly recommend it for anyone who isn't using a flat rate shipping model. Excellent customer service as well.

The team(Dave I contacted) was not only responsive and efficient but also incredibly patient and understanding of my concerns. They went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved promptly and satisfactorily. It's rare to encounter such a dedicated and helpful service team. Hands down the best customer service I have ever received from a subscription software. Every time I have had a question related to shipping rates, my configuration of my Boxify settings, optimal box dimensions, etc, Boxify has been there to answer my questions. I honestly don't normally leave reviews for things, but I've been so blown away by Boxify's customer service (on numerous occasions) that I feel obligated to let other's know! Special thanks to Dave for all his help!

We have used this app for some time to help us with shipping. Recently, we had an issue and a question. I was able to have the developer reach back out and solve my problem quickly. I feel he went above and beyond to help us fix a configuration and offered a suggestion for another configuration solution. That is great service! I highly recommend Boxify!

Fills in almost any gap we run into with Shopify native shipping features. While many times those Shopify features get the job done, Boxify makes our fulfillment much more efficient and flexible. Customer service is almost always a weakness with apps. Boxify is one of the best we have encountered. Fast replies and clear answers to our questions about app capabilities.

I wish what Boxify is offering was native functionality in Shopify but I have to say the app has been working great for us so far and the customer service is absolutely great. Dave has helped me on several occasions (being new to the Shopify platform) and they always respond promptly.

We have been using Boxify for as long as we've been retailing through Shopify, and it's hard to imagine how our website would function without it. Our products are all one of a kind and are wildly different sizes, so the default shipping options with Shopify simply wouldn't work for us. We recently went through a shipping transition that wouldn't have been possible if it weren't for Boxify and the next level customer service and explanations of everything that they provided for us. Dave and the whole team - thank you so much!

Ok, this app is straight amazing. The accuracy is spot on. Took some leg work to get all the packaging and product details in place, but it's worth the effort all day. Now it's smooth sailing. Had a bunch of questions regarding settings and Dave was quick to help, extremely knowledgeable and got us up and running in less than a day. Very impressed and completely worth the $19 a month. Thanks Dave!!!

Boxify has really helped our business! Not only does this app provide us with a great shipping solution, but also offers amazing customer service. We always receive lightning-fast responses from their team, who offers detailed, and helpful suggestions to resolve any problems we may have. Sometimes they even know more than Shopify reps themselves!

We offer products that range in size from 1 inch in length up to 90 inches so providing customers with shipping estimates based on one size box does not work! Boxify is a great app and is very intuitive and helps provide accurate shipping quotes for our customers. Dave is super knowledgeable and helpful and responds to questions right away. Highly recommend this app!!

This app does what Shopify cannot handle natively: to provide accurate shipping rates. If you are thinking about trying this app, do it. You will not be disappointed. I've been using Boxify for about 5 years, and anytime I had a question or concern, Dave (support) was always there to help. Dave's response time is exceptionally fast, and very detailed. 5 stars!!

I’ve been paying $250/mo and using this app for a while now. THREE TIMEA they’ve changed things around and the box size printed on the packing slip either disappears entirely or prints useless info. This last time I messaged support and their answer is that the app is not designed to print box sizes on the packing slip and I need to learn liquid coding to make it work. So HOW are my employees supposed to know what box to pack in?? The whole point of apps is so I DON’T HAVE TO learn liquid coding. Deleting app. Cost isn’t worth the trouble especially when it DOESN’T WORK for the one job I need it for.

I really like boxify. It helps me solve my long-term puzzle on logistics and shipping. It could calculate the shipping cost by matching my product dimensions to the right box size. Moreover, when I had some tech issues setting up my account, their support team (Dave) helped me right away. He was so nice and professional. Thanks the team. I would highly recommend them.
