This is such a powerful application! There are lots of possibilities in it. I wanted something special with thes, I was looking for something to guide people by creating their own starterkit without getting options from products which doesn't communicate with each other. So for example: If someone choose 1, by next step they can only choose 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and if they have chosen for 2 at first step they will only see 2.1 and 2.2. This was a very complex thing for me so I asked for some help from their team. Hannes described a complete plan for me how te set this up. I only needed some help with the last steps to let it show up and work. I had a call with Lauralynn and she helped me very kind and well! There really is a wonderful team behind this application. Highly recommend this one, thanks to all!

I'm not sure what is better, the app or the support I received from Jalal! I have spent countless hours searching and testing apps to allow my customers to build a custom a-la-cart bundle PLUS allowing form fields through out the process for me to collect customizations to be added to the items. Now only does this app give me everything I want but the bundling process looks really great on my site, it is clean and very streamlined. It definitely has a high end look. I will be deleting all of the other apps I have tried and only use this one. I highly recommend this app!

We're totally excited to launch our new box building option this week with the help of BoxBuilder:DIY Product Bundles. I tested a few other apps the past few days and nothing really compared to the design of this app. It seamlessly integrated into our theme so it looks like an actual part of our website, rather than a 3rd-party add on. We offer surprise boxes and a DIY system has been requested many times, so we really can't wait to share with our customer base. Plus, I had a minor issue with the cookie bar and Hamza from the support team fixed it in a matter of minutes. Big thanks to the StayTuned team!!! Great app!

This is the perfect app if you are looking for customers to be able to build your own gift box within your website. Can select when products you include and the steps. Makes it easy and gives customers a good experience. Support has been helpful in answering my questions and helping me.

We have looked at soooo many apps to find the one that fits our needs perfectly. This is by far the cleanest looking, easiest to navigate that we have found. Ron was AWESOME in quickly helping me figure out a couple minor issues I was having (after another rep gave me a canned 'this is not possible with the app' response). I appreciate the extra effort taken and am thrilled that this app is going to work. Thanks Ron!

This is the app we've been waiting for. streamlines the buying experience for a customer and i've already seen sales increase by an average of 20% each purchase. It's been a week. Fantastic.
Love hearing this! It's been great working with you, especially learning all the ins and outs of dog cakes. Making dogs happy makes us happy, and if your customers are happy then their dogs are happy, so all in all, we're very happy!

I tested 3 'build your box 'type apps and this is by far the best. I was able to set up the box very fast and easily, it has many more options than other apps and it allows you to use multiple SKU bundle without having to change anything in your theme. Also their support team was very prompt and helpful when i needed help. The only minus i can see so far is that the app doesn't have a report section, that would make a nice addition.

Awesome app and customer service!! The only one in the entire app store which functions the way we needed it. The team did every customization to make it fit to my custom theme and nothing was too much to ask :) Definitely an app we will keep for a long time!

I use this app to create an experience for customers where they can feel like they are packing their own gift box to spoil someone special in their life. I've had very good support from the team with giving advise on how to use the app best. They even take the time to do video calls and screen sharing at a time convenient to their customers - even if that means very early hours for them. Update: More than 3 years using this app and there’s just nothing else like it. Great user experience. The team makes the effort to understand their clients crucial features and assists to make sure the app works perfectly. Very happy! Thank you

I use this app for both custom and preset gift box bundles in my store. So far it has been working great. Customer service is amazing, and even offered to do a 1 on 1 zoom call to share screens and walk me through every detail. They are constantly working to make improvements to the app and make it even better on both the front and back ends. Would highly recommend!
