Bucks by Helio are incredible! Their customer support is proactive and super responsive. Within seconds of installing the app, customer agent Smrithi DM'd me asking if she could support me. I accepted, and the integration was fully live on my store and activated for me in less than 60 seconds. Later, I wanted to upgrade to premium and customer agent Aleena supported me. She guided me in upgrading and activating all currencies; she tested it for me too, and everything was live and perfect in less than 2 minutes. Both agents were so sweet too, and I really enjoyed the interactions. Of all the apps I have used on Shopify over the years, Bucks by Helixo surpasses them all in userability and customer support; I am so impressed. Thank you Smrithi and Aleena for making my job so easy and enjoyable.

Vyshakh from support was extremely helpful and supportive. He helped tweak some adjustments to the placement and clearly communicated where I needed to update my settings. App does pretty much what it says on the tin and reasonably straight forward to use (for my case). From this experience, I high recommend this app and the service from this team!

I really love the app and its functionality. What makes it stand apart from others is their genuine concern for providing their clients with the best services. Amazing customer support. met a person named Shaun and man he was really helpful and has a lot of patience. Wasn't able to figure something in the app and dammn he stayed for more than 2hrs to help me figure out and get the most out of the app
