This was the best experience i ever had with tech supports and it is all thanks to Shaun he is the most helpful, respectful and kind person i have ever came across in this field and he is fast responding and fining solutions to every problem i had. he made my experience with bucks 100% more pleasant and took it from just a conversion app to a 100% custom to my needs

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I subscribed for a month and then stopped. Then reinstalled it for a different plan. Their support provides IMMEDIATE responses, like 100% live chat, unlike other converters that take a month or two to reply. The developers are on the right path on this one. Thanks again Shaun!

I had an issue where my bundle prices weren't converting correctly. I reached out to the team, and they fixed it immediately! The app works perfectly now with my bundle setup. Highly recommend this app for anyone selling internationally

The app is great and the support team is outstanding noting that I'm on the free plan. I have been supported on multiple occasions by different team members all of whom have been very helpful. My most recent customization requirement was for the formatting of app interface on my storefront. Bucks by Helio are incredible! Their customer support is proactive and super responsive. Within seconds of installing the app, customer agent Smrithi DM'd me asking if she could support me. I accepted, and the integration was fully live on my store and activated for me in less than 60 seconds. Later, I wanted to upgrade to premium and customer agent Aleena supported me. She guided me in upgrading and activating all currencies; she tested it for me too, and everything was live and perfect in less than 2 minutes. Both agents were so sweet too, and I really enjoyed the interactions. Of all the apps I have used on Shopify over the years, Bucks by Helixo surpasses them all in userability and customer support; I am so impressed. Thank you Smrithi and Aleena for making my job so easy and enjoyable.
