I’ve honestly never experienced this level of dedication from a Shopify app before. The support agent spent around 3 hours with me, actively helping configure the app, fix issues, and make sure everything looked perfect on my website. She didn’t just answer questions—she took ownership of the problem and stayed until everything was fully resolved. That level of patience and professionalism is rare. If you want a currency converter that works well and a team that truly supports merchants, BUCKS is absolutely worth it.
