We were glad to find this app for our international business. So far it works well. And one time, we had an error so tried asking the customer support and the support center quickly came back to us with solution. So far, customer support is also great. I will write again after using this app more.

This is a great app. The support team is very kind and helpful. Bhagya went above and beyond to provide me with the assistance and solutions that I needed for my situation. She is surely a valuable asset to their team, as she was very quick, patient, and professional with her responses. The app is missing certain features for merchants who are not using Shopify Payments, but there seems to be some work arounds for that and the Bucks support team is working to find solutions and add features for merchants who have different gateways. All in all, I recommend this app to everyone as it is very good, easy to use, has many great features, and has an awesome support team!
