Amazing app if you want any integration with the TaoBao or 1688 marketplaces. Seth has been an incredible account manager. I've done 10s of millions in revenue across various stores, and he is by the far best account manager I've had in any B2B-related service. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is moving smoothly in the backend, and I honestly don't know if I'd continue using this app without him. He's literally the reason why I haven't had any need to shop around for other B2B or dropshipping services. When you've done the amount of revenue I've done, you'll realize that logistics and fulfillment are your biggest bottleneck, and Seth ensures I have complete peace of mind in that regard.

Honestly, one of the best applications on the market. You get a WhatsApp contact if you have any questions or need help with anything. The Taobao stock sync literally saved my business. I run a large SKU store with a supplier that often goes out of stock, and managing it was a nightmare before using this app. I also think the biggest advantage is the shipping routes. You get some of the cheapest options compared to other sourcing apps, with tax-free worldwide shipping, which is extremely important right now. I would 100% recommend it… but at the same time, I kind of want to gatekeep it lol.

I’ve been using BuckyDrop for well over 2 years across different companies and honestly the experience has been great the whole time. The platform is very reliable, fast, and easy to use. The UI is clean and simple, which makes managing and sourcing orders, and fulfilment really straightforward. One thing I really like is how consistent they are with their processes, everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I’ve had Seth as my manager for the entire time and he’s been amazing. Always replies fast and has a huge amount of knowledge when it comes to sourcing, bulk orders, product defects, and improving overall efficiency.
