I really want to rate this app higher but it just falls short in several areas when matching the desired effect to the end result. We were sold on the app based on what we saw on the demo store and the video but it seems as if those have maxed out the app's functionality. Back end UX is sometimes just as important as front end and the builder needs work. I also don't understand why there can be multiple columns for an element but only one row. Elementor's mega menu is much more powerful with much more customizations available. Also, the mobile version of the menu should be the primary focus instead of secondary since more than 50% of traffic is mobile. However, mobile is almost an afterthought with no ability to customize without using manual CSS overrides.

We had a little issue with the Menu when updating our theme to Shopify2.0. Zero Carbon were fast to respond and fixed the problem for us within a few emails. Our theme is now updated and the app works perfectly. Thank you.

I have just started to use this app and it seems to have plenty of options in the free version to get started and lots of interesting enhancements for the paid one. Going to try for a month or so on free and then look at upgrading. I did have a small issue regarding the placement of the menu so emailed support and in less than 1 hour I had a response and within 6 hours the modification had been made perfectly. Cannot complain at that kind of service :-)

The support team is very available and communicative! You can't customize how the menu looks on mobile, but it is very functional and works just as described.

I was looking for an app that would allow me to build a mega menu with images and this app did the trick! Learning how to use the app and building the new menu was a bit tricky, but the team at Buddha Apps was very helpful. I've emailed them multiple times with questions & issues, and they always responded in a timely manner and helped me until the issue was fixed. There are many apps with similar features on the Shopify app store, but I can tell you that you'll have a great support team if you go with this one. Highly recommend it.
