I really want to rate this app higher but it just falls short in several areas when matching the desired effect to the end result. We were sold on the app based on what we saw on the demo store and the video but it seems as if those have maxed out the app's functionality. Back end UX is sometimes just as important as front end and the builder needs work. I also don't understand why there can be multiple columns for an element but only one row. Elementor's mega menu is much more powerful with much more customizations available. Also, the mobile version of the menu should be the primary focus instead of secondary since more than 50% of traffic is mobile. However, mobile is almost an afterthought with no ability to customize without using manual CSS overrides.

Love the mega menu app and their customer support. Not only the app is easy to use and looks great, their customer support is amazing. Super quick, responsive and make any adjustments or fixes needed. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for an amazing/versatile mega menu. We had a little issue with the Menu when updating our theme to Shopify2.0. Zero Carbon were fast to respond and fixed the problem for us within a few emails. Our theme is now updated and the app works perfectly. Thank you.

I have just started to use this app and it seems to have plenty of options in the free version to get started and lots of interesting enhancements for the paid one. Going to try for a month or so on free and then look at upgrading. I did have a small issue regarding the placement of the menu so emailed support and in less than 1 hour I had a response and within 6 hours the modification had been made perfectly. Cannot complain at that kind of service :-)

The idea behind the hover versus the click on this app needs some work as it is inconsistent in the way it works. With the hover, it works accurately only 50% of the time, which can be frustrating for me and for my customers. Otherwise, I do like the "tree" menu as it has a cleaner look than single menus.

I needed some custom CSS to move the menu down under my navigation so it wasn't blocking our website logo and the Buddha Mega Menu team responded very quickly and resolved the problem perfectly! Highly recommend this app.

The support team is very available and communicative! You can't customize how the menu looks on mobile, but it is very functional and works just as described.
