Why can this APP only be displayed on the mobile side but not on the web side? I sent an email and didn't receive a usable response, so came to the comments section for help...

We have solved the issue the same day you sent us the email ( 10th of January 2022) and also explained the situation to you via emails, but we did not get a response to any of our emails. Clunky and time-consuming to use, and the price says $9.95 in the app store but when you try to upgrade within the app the price is $19.95! The most expensive mega menu app out there - and the most difficult to set up and use.
We are very sorry that your experience with our app was not a great one. I checked at our end and the reason the app was showing the old price is because you had our app installed before and the system was picking up the old price, but we sorted it out by sending you a discount code so that you can use it at the actual price: $9.95. We apologise for this error. As for the app being difficult to use, we have instructions and a short tutorial that show how to create the menu and also we are ready to provide all needed information and help via our chat service or email at [email protected].

This is a great app, I got a theme that already had a menu attached and the Buddha team helped me out to fix my menu back, It is fairly easy to use and a very neat program, Thanks Buddha team!

Easy to install and set up! Would recommend especially to first time Shopify users like ourselves, was easier to get going than the other apps I tried first.

The app works fine, no issues. I wish they had live customer service and be more responsive. The app doesn't have the ability for multiple menus so it doesn't meet my needs, unfortunately.

As for the ability to create multiple menus, this is being investigated with our development team to see how we can integrate it in our app and hopefully with the future developments we can exceed your expectations. The app is seamless. Simple and easy to use. Definitely recommend the app for people that are looking at simple menu options that aren't available within shopify themes. Moreover the team is on point with support when I contacted them via email. Very responsive and helpful. My issue got resolved in no time.

really great then any other mega menu creation app available on shopify, they provide many things in free then any other apps and that is why if i want to get any paid app i will buy this one. i really appreciate developers.
