Great app! I’ve been using it for about a while now, and overall, it’s a fantastic. The Customer service is also wonderful, had tricky issue with a new theme that the team resolved beautifully, very happy!

Glitchy and customer support never got back to me. I tried out a few different menu apps and Qikify ended up being the best by far!
I'm sorry you feel this way after using our app for 7 months. We checked and we found 2 emails that you sent us on 27th of November and we replied same day and also solved the issue. You never replied back. Could you please get back to us at [email protected] using a valid email address as it seems you never received our replies.

Besides all the facts on the 1 star reveiws... I am going to say this.. If you want to install an app for $10 that doesn't have chat support.. Then go ahead and waste your time and moeny then you will def uninstall it.
I'm sorry you feel this way, but we do offer customer support via chat and email and we always reply to our customers requests as soon as possible. Highly recommended. I tried most of the mega menu apps, and this one was the most convenient for me. I had some issues with the RTL, but the customer service helped me quickly and professionally.
