The support team has been very helpful with our queries and in ensuring the app performs at its best. From an operational and backend perspective, the setup works very well and offers great customisation. However, we would benefit from having full design control over the app to ensure its appearance is native to the rest of our website.

Ankit Paliwal was responsive once i installed my app and i started having questions. He automatically jumped into a call and shared screen to show me all apps features beside answering my questions. I honestly don't write reviews often, but this app deserves it. honestly the best customer service I've ever experienced (I've been assigned Ankit) he goes above and beyond with new ideas on how to sell our products, even taken the time to study our site to see how our customers are currently shopping and how to improve on what we already have. in summary if you value tentative customer service and an awesome new way to sell products this is the app for you!
