They’ve been so generous with their time, jumping on calls to walk us through all the different features and making sure everything actually made sense for our business. The app itself is simple to use once you follow the prompts, but what really stood out was the level of support - it’s not often you get such hands-on, responsive service from a Shopify app team. We’re so grateful for how prompt, patient, and supportive they’ve been, and they even went the extra mile by creating custom code and adjustments specifically for us, which was amazing. We feel genuinely lucky to have had such a great experience and couldn’t recommend them more.
