Easy Bundles: Bundle Builder

Fast support, great app overall!

The support team is absolutely fantastic! They are always helpful, respond very quickly, and are happy to help with any questions or issues. Really great support and a very positive experience overall!

Wonderful support from the team as I got things set up. Looking forward to offering more bundles, and this looks like a great option.

Great app with outstanding support! We had a complex issue with duplicate add-to-cart requests caused by a conflict between Easy Bundle Builder and our custom cart drawer. The support team was incredibly patient, investigated thoroughly, and fixed everything step by step. Despite a few rounds of back and forth, they always stayed on it until everything was clean and working perfectly. The bundle functionality itself is exactly what we needed — easy to set up, great design options, and highly customizable. Highly recommend!

Nitin was great help in setting up my bundle the way I wanted, super quick support and great experience.. can't wait to launch it!

Excellent product backed by truly exceptional support! Easy Bundle is one of the best Shopify apps I've used. The app is powerful, intuitive, and offers the flexibility needed to create bundle offers exactly the way I wanted. What really sets Easy Bundle apart, however, is their outstanding customer support. I've honestly never experienced an app team that is so responsive and willing to help with custom configurations on the fly. Every query was handled promptly, and they went above and beyond to ensure I achieved the exact setup I was looking for. A special thanks to Nitin for his incredible support and technical assistance throughout the setup. Your patience, expertise, and willingness to help made the entire experience seamless. I would also like to thank Neetika for her valuable guidance—not only on how to get the best out of Easy Bundle but also for suggesting improvements to my website. Her proactive recommendations were genuinely helpful and showed that the team cares about their customers' success, not just their own product. Kudos to the entire Easy Bundle team! Keep up the fantastic work. I would highly recommend this app to any Shopify merchant looking for a robust bundle solution backed by world-class customer support.

Nice Support by Salaj

Very good support from Salaj!

support it good and fast

Thank you very much for your help!

We have only been using the app for a short while, as we had to move over from the developers other app, Fly Bundles. The team is very helpful and extremely responsive. They quickly assist with any issues I run into. I've spoken with Usman, Bijoy, and Hiral and all are very knowledgeable. I would give 5 stars if the app was as user friendly as Fly Bundles! But the team has helped me through all my issues.

Very good support team!

Superb experience with this app. Works perfectly, and any little hiccup, which is incredibly rare is expertly sorted by the support. Highly recommended.
