The Easy Bundle Builder team has been fantastic to work with, always responsive, accommodating, and available whenever we need them. We've also noticed a clear increase in how much customers are adding to their box builder, thanks to how seamless and efficient the experience is. Great work, keep it up!

App works great, I had a hiccup with my setup and the support team was very quick to respond. After identifying the problem and giving me the directions to fix it ,they verified it was set up correctly and even offered to update the buy now button to make it look nicer for my theme.

We needed help adjusting something important related to currency, and the Easy Bundles support team was super helpful and quick to respond. The app itself is great — it has several essential features that other similar apps are missing. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a solid bundling solution!

Support has been incredible. At first the template didn't fit my goals as we wanted two sections with different styles of discounts. They were able to revert me to a different template, gave me a custom GPT to help write the custom CSS/JS for my exact branding, even added some product metafield data to the bundle. Excited to launch the builder!

This app is fantastic, worlds apart from the previous one I was using and the support is exceptional. I am a new customer, but so far everything has exceeded my expectations and I love how customisable it is and I am really excited about using it all.

Buggy – not worth the price We paid $99/month for several months, and when we actually tried to use the app, it completely failed. The app wouldn’t even let us edit our current workflows — instead, it asked us to sign up again. Their own support admitted it was a bug and just said “won’t happen again.” This is unacceptable for a paid service. Waste of time and money. Avoid.
Hey, this happened because you had cancelled the subscription and for you to access the app again, you had to re-subscribe. This was also discussed with you over chat and you confirmed that since the products were out of stock, you decided to cancel the subscription but still keep the app.
