amazing and prompt customer services :) There were a few things here and there that I needed it to be fixed e.g. text colour, layout etc and they fixed it all for me on the same day!

Great customer service and very easy to set up! It was very easy to set up build a bundle products for my store. I had a minor issue and their support team addressed it and made sure I had all the information needed going forward. They're in a diff time zone but as soon as it hit 6am there, they jumped right on my issue and I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service I received.

I tried another bundle app that had great reviews but once I started using it, it was obvious that the interface was designed by a coder. It was incredibly confusing and didn't even provide that much functionality and customization, so I decided to find a better app. That's when I came across Bundle Products. Wow. So much simpler and so much functionality! The chat support is INCREDIBLE. I work late at night and despite the late hours, they were quick to respond and helped me fix issues and add the customizations I needed. If they don't offer a specific functionality that you need, they'll forward the suggestion to the app development team. Super happy with this app. Can't recommend it enough.

We can not get customer service to respond to our needs as we are opening our store. We have submitted several online/chat inquiries and are told that someone will respond to us and they never have. Super disappointing.
Hi, We are really sorry for the problem you have faced. We saw that you have created support tickets during the weekend and unfortunately our support team is not available during the weekend and in the US timezone as we are located in a different region. So we sent you an email regarding this and also sent collaborate account request to set up the code as our app's code is not set up correctly. Very Helpful, customer service helped me through all the setup and customize my bundle. I was searching for an app that do that all over shopify and from 10 different options I install this was the one that complete my requirements and they help me with everything.

Best service (24/7 service) and best bundle app on the market. I highly highly recommend you guys to install this app, they will customize it from toe to forehead until you're happy :)

Great app, off season for us @ https://lureme.co.nz but early signs are encouraging, and intend to do a lot more with it over coming months. Had a few teething issues getting setup but support was great.

I used this app to create a build a box for my customers and it has everything I need! The customer service was great and they helped me tweak some things to my liking. Highly recommend.
