This app is great & easy to use & setup bundles quickly. The only drawback is inability to add different quantities for individual items in the combo bundle. I hope they add it.

I have just installed the app and asked for chat support to help customizing it for our store. Jigs P. did a great job by changing the CSS. We already got some sales with higher AOV. I think its a great app and I recommend it for stores with "cheaper" items which should result in higher AOV and overall ROAS. Thank you!

I am blown away by the customer service available with this app. I have reached out for help 6 times and had instant help in the chat. I was originally using a bundle app that was 30USD a month and didn't do everything i needed, yet this is cheaper, better and great customer service - Very happy!

amazing and prompt customer services :) There were a few things here and there that I needed it to be fixed e.g. text colour, layout etc and they fixed it all for me on the same day!

Great customer service and very easy to set up! It was very easy to set up build a bundle products for my store. I had a minor issue and their support team addressed it and made sure I had all the information needed going forward. They're in a diff time zone but as soon as it hit 6am there, they jumped right on my issue and I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service I received.

I tried another bundle app that had great reviews but once I started using it, it was obvious that the interface was designed by a coder. It was incredibly confusing and didn't even provide that much functionality and customization, so I decided to find a better app. That's when I came across Bundle Products. Wow. So much simpler and so much functionality! The chat support is INCREDIBLE. I work late at night and despite the late hours, they were quick to respond and helped me fix issues and add the customizations I needed. If they don't offer a specific functionality that you need, they'll forward the suggestion to the app development team. Super happy with this app. Can't recommend it enough.

We can not get customer service to respond to our needs as we are opening our store. We have submitted several online/chat inquiries and are told that someone will respond to us and they never have. Super disappointing.

Very Helpful, customer service helped me through all the setup and customize my bundle. I was searching for an app that do that all over shopify and from 10 different options I install this was the one that complete my requirements and they help me with everything.

Great app, off season for us @ https://lureme.co.nz but early signs are encouraging, and intend to do a lot more with it over coming months. Had a few teething issues getting setup but support was great.
