Truly an excellent app! We've been using it for over a year now, and it has significantly increased our average cart value. Fantastic customer service. Andrii, the CS rep I dealt with, spent a looong time trying to get the sale I wanted up and running. His step-by-step instructions were very clear. In the end, it turned out that what I wanted to do wasn't supported, but that seems to be the case everywhere I look. But still, truly excellent CS and the app itself seems pretty robust overall as well.
