This app is amazing, and the customer service team is jaw dropping. They helped me with every request that I had and they had it done in such a timely fashion. I would recommend them to everyone!

I fumbled around with various tiered price break apps that didn't work for us. They either caused problems in the cart or checkout, or the way items were selected on the product page was clunky. And we had to do a little bit of custom coding to get the cart looking right, buttons in place, etc. I found Bundle Bear and seriously all those problems went away. Like poof. I'm using the Brooklyn theme. It came together smooth as butter. Product page looks great. Cart and checkout are in-tact and perfect. Good job Bundle Bear team!

Since installing the app lots of customers have been buying bundles leading to higher revenue. The customer support from the team is outstanding. I had a small issue where the sales weren't showing on my dashboard and Lynda and the team worked with me to get the issue fixed. I was really impressed with their incredible customer service.

Excellent app and so easy to integrate and use. Love the diversity of upsell options that are given and how you can apply different types of discounts to different products. Highly recommend to also install the Honeycomb upsell funnel as customer service will offer to design the upsell to match your store! :)

Really, really fast customer support. Very friendly and can solve every problem. I also like the design of the app. Customer support also helped me to make the discount visible in my cart so customers can see their discount before checkout. A lot of customers use the bundle...especially for christmas etc.

I went through 6 Volume/Bundle apps the last 5 days and all I had was problems. Each one had their own issues and what i want is nothing complicated. Then I come to Bundle Bear which was just meant to be another test, but then everything went so seamlessly and i got myself set up literally in only a few minutes, including changing the appearance to suit my store. I am very happy (finally)!

This is a great little app - easy to use and gives you the ability to upsell your products. You can choose to bundle similar products or offer storewide discounts.

Hi there, we appreciate your feedback. #1 Layout issues are caused by theme CSS conflicts which may distort the layout. Our tech team will be happy to help you solve any CSS related issues. #2 As per loading times, the app total weight is less than 100kb which takes a fraction of a second to load. But - the app is only loaded after the entire site is loaded. It works this way because we are codeless. We do not inject any code to your theme files to avoid leaving dead code in case you uninstall. We rather stay risk free and avoid leaving messy themes behind. #3 Inside the app's dashboard you'll find the following: - Add to carts per offer - Sales per offer - Revenue per offer If you mean pixel tracking, Shopify handles all tracking events besides the button click (which is an ATC event). If you want to track click events, please head over to the "advanced" tab, and fill in the pixel IDs you want to use inside the pixel section.
