Be careful using this app. The app will randomly go down and the discount codes provided by Bundle Bear won't work for your customers. Sadly, Bundle Bear doesn't say anything when this happens, you just have to troubleshoot it yourself. On Tuesday the app stopped providing customers with discount codes, resulting in a ton of abandon checkouts and refunds from customers who accidentally bought at full price. This continued until Friday. The only reason I found out this was happening is because we had comments on our Facebook Ads calling us scammers saying we were lying about our BOGO deal that we have through Bundle Bear. My conversion rate dropped 2.5% when this happened. This isn't an isolated incident either, I'm in a paid discord group and countless other people have said this app will randomly go down without Bundle Bear saying anything.

I had a great experience with the support. Took 5 mins on hold + 5mins to resolve. tops. My theme was a custom theme and the support team was able to resolve quickly.

Nothing but good to say about Bundle Bear apps. Amazing cutomer service everytime. Had an issue with different apps clashing with the volume discount and it was solved in minutes
The app is well established (possibility to match with the design of your website) and the support is insane ! I can only recommande it if you want to sell volume with discount. Easy to install too. thank you guys (Jonathan)!
After trying a competing volume discount product, we gave Bundle Bear a try. It has worked great. More important, support was top shelf during the startup process, helping resolve issues unrelated to their product and ensuring we immediate were getting value from the product.
Not only is this the best volume discounts app we could find, but the support from their team was also exceptional and absolutely the most helpful support I've ever gotten. Cheers to the BundleBear team - killer product, killer support!
I had some issues with the setup but the support team solved my issues within 10 minutes. The interface is really easy to use.
We've used this app for more than one year and it's perfect. We have a lot of bundle sold every month and it's now a big part of our revenue. On top of that the support team is excellent and very quick to answer.
Those support in on fire. Very much appreciated your work. Support is quicker than you think. Still helps for every Amendements within css etc.

I wanted a user friendly app that would enable me to create bundles of products for my customers, sync with my Shopify store, and update my inventory. Bundle Bear was the app for me. The app lays out your choices of how you can offer different types of discounts to customers. The staff was very helpful when I had any questions or issues.
The apps great and actually looks apart of my website :) My theme generally makes it much more complex to install extra features from apps. Contacted Lynda at bundle bear and it was installed extremely quickly as well as a little tweak just for me!
