Easy to manage and build. Popular with our customers. Only complaint is you can't use other discounts on top of the discounted bundle.

I'm reaching out since BYOB does allow you to combine discounts provided they comply with Shopify's actual discount combination guide here: Combining Discounts If you could tell me exactly what you were going for in terms of discount combinations, I'd be happy to review your current set up and figure out a resolution!

Joshua with BYOB honestly provided some of the BEST customer support I’ve ever experienced. I was trying to set up some pretty advanced bundle settings on the app and was getting completely stuck on what I was doing wrong. Joshua was incredibly patient, explained everything clearly, went directly into my store to troubleshoot and investigate the issue, and gave me multiple options for how to approach it. What impressed me most is that he didn’t just “fix” the issue, he actually helped me create a BETTER setup than what I originally had in mind. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping store owners succeed and not just closing support tickets as fast as possible. He literally waited on my to watch a 6 min. long video and test everything we were doing! Because of the level of support alone, I’ll absolutely be staying after the free trial. Top notch customer service like is something you want to hold on to THANK U JOSHUA!!!
