Hi there! This is Josh from the BYOB support team. We saw your recent review on the Shopify app store and were wondering what the reasoning behind the 3/5 rating was. As far as I can see, you've not had any conversations with the support team and have only had the app installed for 1 day. I just wanted to double check on whether you had any issues or feedback you could share so we could improve the app for future users or even yourself should you want to give it another try! It does what it say almost, but not quite, a support wants to tell me it's not their problem, i ask something, they replay with a question not an anwser. Worst support experience on shopify yet. Hope we can fix it together, because your app seems promising just need some bug fixing. If i simulate a costumer and its confusing for them its not perfect.
